If you wish to plead 'guilty' in the Local Court

All work up to and including a full day in court*, from:

  • Courts in Sydney City and Metropolitan Area: $2000 + GST
  • Courts in Other NSW Cities (Gosford, Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong,): $3000 + GST
  • Courts in NSW Regional Areas : $4000 + GST.

If you wish to plead 'not guilty' and defend the case in the Local Court

Fixed fees are offered for local court defended hearings. These fees are from:

  • Sydney City and Metropolitan Area: $5000 + GST
  • Courts in Other NSW Cities (Gosford, Central  Coast Newcastle, Wollongong etc): $6000 + GST
  • Court in NSW Regional Areas: $7000 + GST
The fixed fee is for a full day of hearing, including all  preparation and work  required
If the matter requires longer than a  day  then we will advise you of any  additional  costs

Appeals to the District Court because the Local Court penalty was too harsh

Drafting and filing appeal, and all work up to and including full day of the appeal hearing, from:

  • Courts in Sydney City and Metropolitan Area: $4000 + GST
  • Courts in Other NSW Cities (Gosford, Central  Coast Newcastle, Wollongong): $5000 + GST
  • Courts in NSW Regional Areas: $6000 + GST

Jury Trials in District or Supreme Court and or indictable matters where you enter a plea and are sentenced in the District or Supreme Court
